Gas system: 10 independent air inlet ports, converted gas by an electric valve automatically without dead ends, realized in the form of pulses intake, four high-precision mass flow meters, automatic adjustment the intake air speed, flow range 0-100ml / min ,we can mix in any proportion for any two gases. The machine uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubing.

Quantitative Correction: four different volumes loop, and they can be replaced automatically, for the quantitative calibration of adsorption amount.
